Rimmel 1000 kisses

What a product! I had an idea that this would be drying and flaky, but boy was I wrong!

Lets break it down:

The product: This product consist of two things. A marker like lip color and a balm. Color first, then you apply the balm..

It comes in several amazing colors. I chose four.

From the left: Stay very berry, 500 unstoppable red (which I just had to try on my lips as soon as I got home), perpetual plum and last but not least forever walnut.

My favourite is the unstoppable red. It's a classic true red! It's beautiful!

It stays on for hours and hours, even after eating.
Scent: It has a light fruity scent that lingers for a little while and then disappears.

The packaging: Isn't very pretty. It differs according to the color you choose. The end with the color have a pop lid which is nice and tight. The end with the balm however, fell out, when I swatched it in the store! I'm really not liking the balm end, but if it becomes too much trouble I'll just transfer it to a pot and bring that with me.

All in all? This is great products if you like an opaque color layer on your lips that stays on. They aren't drying in any way.
The price comes round 7£ and definately worth it!

Joico Smooth Cure

This was supposed to replace Joico Silk result, which was my favourite shampoo of all times. So maybe you can guess, I wanted sooooo much too love this product.

Packaging: It's similar to the old, except the color which is orange and the fact that I broke the lids after two uses. So nothing amazing, but nothing new.

The smell: It is amazing! It smells so nice. The silk result had an odd scent, but this is very normal, fresh and pleasent. Actually it smells friuty, like a kids shampoo.

Lather? It is a sulfate free shampoo. I admint blankly, that I have no previous experience with these, but I think it lathers up nicely. Just like any other regular shampoo. It's consistence and color is white and ordinary.

Their promise: Features Kerashield complex to gently cleanse while reducing frizz, leaving hair dramaticyally soft, smooth and manageble.

Do they keep it? Well, not really and then sort off. Confused? Yes, so was I. Let me break it down. They cleanse, but so mild that I have too wash it every single day. My hair gets greasy really quickly with this shampoo.
Does it stop frizz? Yes a little the first day, but I still have to braid my hair when going to bed.
Smoothes down? Here's where we encounter problems. Even though it smoothes it down, it doesn't stay that way and even though I used the OSMO Berber Oil on my split ends, they still felt dry! Something I have never tried before.

So yes, the hair is a bit more manageble, but it also dry and greases quickly.

Will I recommend it to you? No. No I will not. It is not worth the money (around 16£ pr bottle). I wanted soo much too say yes, but I really don't think it's worth it. I think that they are fools for dropping the silk result and I now have to find a new favourite shampoo..

Hope you all are having a lovely day, with clean hair

Schwarzkopf Poly Blonde spray

Summer on the way and my hair still looks like a bear in hibernation.. So I decided to try a blonde spray. The idea is, that you use this spray and every time it'll lighten your hair a quater of a shade.

So here's what you do..
1. Spray it in your damp hair
2. Dry it with heat
3. Congrats you are now a quater of a shade lighter
4. Don't wash it out

Does it work? Yes, it most certainly does. This is not for anyone who wants a whole new haircolor. This is to lighten your hair, nothing more, nothing less. This means that it is a very mild product.
But for someone like me, who want's a little Umpff too your hair, this is perfect. I recommend that you try it on a little bit of hair at first, to check that the color you get, works for you.

Wash out? No. You shouldn't and don't need it. It doesn't feel sticky at all. It does get a bit frizzy though, so you might wanna try a bit of shine spray on the dried hair.

Can I use this with already colored hair? Nope.

I use it on my ends, and highly recommend anyone too try it !

Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer

There has been quite a bit of attention too this concealer, so I decided to check it out.
First off, it comes in two colors, 010 Ivory (the one I bought) and 030 Beige (a little darker than the ivory, in case anyone was wondering).

The packaging is all right.. Nothing special, well then again yes there is. A lot of the time when the 'cheaper' brands has something with a brush or anything brush like at the end, it comes with a slide lid thing.. But this has too be twisted, which is nice, since it doesn't just open up in your purse. Big plus.. Huge plus!

Color selection; isn't that great. Two colors? Both in light skintones? Not that great..

Scent? There isn't really anything.

Coverage? It doesn't provide a heavy coverage as some might wish. But I have really bad dark circles under my eyes, and to be honest? I prefer it looking more natural than a heavy layer on my skin.
This definately does feel natural. It doesn't really feel like anything is on, it highlights naturally and looks great. But you won't be able to erease anything, so if you need good coverage for pimples, this won't be it.

If you like the  touche eclat from YSL than you might like this.

Other things to consider? Yes. You might wanna consider than even though it in normal lighting looks like nothing is there, it might look different in flash lights. The picture I took is with flash, because I wanted to show you that it stands out a bit. So be careful when using it with a lot of flash photografi.

Btw without the flash, you weren't able to see it was on.

Thing I've finished #2

This morning the most irritating thing happened. My MAC Eye brows crayon in Fling ran out, AFTER i had one eyebrow done! That must without doubt be the most anoying thing makeup has done to me recently.
On with a huge hat and away I flew too the nearest MAC for my beloved fling AND an extra, I've learned my lesson. Horrible!

Aussie Long Hair Shampoo and Conditioner plus the 3 minute miracle treatment. These I picked up when I was in London last fall. They are all right, definately not bad. But far from the best I've used (Joico silk result in cause you where wondering..). To be honest, I've been waiting too use them up so I could justify ordering some new silk results. May I warn you, if you like me LOVE the feel of your hair after the silk result, then you might wanna consider picking up a few at this moment. They are discontinued. :(

Last thing this time, is my Lavera Bio-Orange & Bio-Sanddorn handcreme. I loved it! can definately recommend this to anyone being very 'green' loving (or anyone else wanting too try a new handcreme?). It's vegan and smells wonderfully of oranges. It dries in quick but effective. Nothing bad to say about it..

Clinique even better Foundation

First off, this range of foundation definately isn't for porcelain skin. I'm using the lightest color which is 01 Alabaster (VF-N) which isn't light at all! Actually it is a bit too dark for me (NC 15 -20), so I'll have too use it right after applying my moisturizer or mixed in with it.
Having said that, it is very good. It covers well (remember to shake it well!!!), doesn't irritate my oily skin or make me break out. I fell like it does a good job calming down redness and my skin does look better using this. So I've decided to keep going and just make it work for me and my post-pimple scars.
Another good thing about this is the spf 15.
All in all - I really do like this foundation, just remember to shake well and try it on before bying it. The color might not work out for you..

Newly discovered old love: Joico K-pak deep penetrating reconstructor

I've recently discovered and old love - again. Lately I've been having one of those periods where I switch up my hair routine all the time trying too find the best products out there for you too tell about. What have I discovered? I had it all along.

My hair had been feeling stiff, dry and harsh for quite some time. I decided that since nothing I was currently using worked, I would go back to the oldies. It worked perfectly !

The product it self is a grainy banana scented treatment (the shampoo and conditioner does NOT smell like this) which doesn't lather or give a nice silky feel on the wet hair. It really doesn't feel like it's going to work. Even after letting it sit for 5 min and washing it out - still feels like nothing. But then.. When you dry your hair, it's very easy to feel the difference. Your hair shines, it's stronger and the ends are taken care off (obviously it won't fix already split ends, but it does make them softer). I guess I never realized how good it was, since my hair was well taken care off at that time (I was using Joico's silk result which by the way has been discontinued, snuff * ).

After having used this I don't have to shampoo my hair every day to make it look nice. This is my third day and I am still going strong!

Can't say enough good thing about it - you'll have too try it yourself!

You can find it many places for around 10-12£
